Looking for basic hydraulic training?

You probably have people working with your hydraulic equipment who could use some basic hydraulic training. People who:

  • • Don't understand how hydraulics work,
  • • Don't know what all your hydraulic components do,
  • • Don't understand how your hydraulic circuits function, and
  • • Can't read hydraulic schematics.

So when a hydraulic problem occurs, those folks try to fix it through trial and error - sometimes taking days to troubleshoot a problem that a bit of basic hydraulic instruction would have helped them find right away.

If you're nodding your head in agreement as you read this, my on-site basic hydraulic boot camp may be the hydraulic training your personnel need.

What does my basic hydraulics boot camp cover?

The primary goal of my boot camp is to answer these three questions:

  • • What do you need to know in order to do a better and faster job of hydraulic troubleshooting?
  • • What do you need to know to get the best possible performance from your hydraulic equipment?
  • • What do you need to know to get the longest possible life from your hydraulic components?

Whether they have decades of experience with hydraulics or don't know the difference between hydraulics and hydroponics, your personnel will finish my boot camp being able to read and understand hydraulic schematics like this one:

And as far as this particular hydraulic schematic is concerned, your personnel:

  • • Will know what all the hydraulic components in the circuit do,
  • • Will be able to find the mistake that keeps the hydraulic cylinder from moving its load,
  • • Will be able to find the mistake that keeps the cylinder speed from being controlled in both directions, and
  • • Will understand why using load sensing in this particular hydraulic circuit would reduce heat and make the circuit more efficient,

My name is Rob Fish, and if these are the kinds of things you'd like for your personnel, please call me at 614-214-7261 between 7 AM and 8 PM Central Time, or send an email to me at basicHydraulics@gmail.com, so we can discuss your basic hydraulics training needs and I can provide you with a quote for conducting a basic hydraulics boot camp at your facility.
